All self-service registrations start with the 30-day Pro Trial. If you do not upgrade after the trial, your account will move to the Free plan automatically.

Paid plans are per company, billed monthly (+VAT). If you hit your monthly submission limit, new submissions are paused until your allowance resets, your plan is changed, or a top-up is arranged.

Need extra submissions this month? Pro and Business customers can contact us to arrange a top-up pack. Self-service top-up purchase is not currently available.

How does the Pro Trial work?

The Pro Trial gives you 30 days of Pro access with up to 3 users, 100 submissions during the trial, the full Pro template library, usage alerts, and removed Straight2PDF branding during the trial.

What happens if we hit submission limits?

New submissions are paused once the monthly limit is reached. Free plans do not include monthly top-up packs. Pro and Business customers can contact us to arrange top-up packs for the current month; self-service purchase is not currently available.

Can we get warnings before limits?

Yes. Usage alerts are included on all plans. By default, all customers are given an 85% warning rule (15% remaining window). Admins can modify or delete this rule and add additional thresholds, for example email at 95%.

How long is submission history kept?

Free includes 7-day submission history, Pro includes 6-month submission history, and Business includes 18-month submission history. The Pro Trial includes Pro trial access during the 30-day trial. See the Data Retention Schedule for more detail.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes, there is no long-term commitment on standard paid plans.
