Paid plans are billed monthly per company, plus VAT. Unlimited users and submissions on Business are subject to fair use, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

How AI credits work
The AI Assistant is available on Pro and Business. Each job uses a set number of credits from your company’s balance, and you only pay for what you use.
- 50 credits for £10.00 + VAT, bought from the Billing page (Business: added to your invoice)
- 30 free credits when you first join Pro
- Credits never expire
- If a job doesn’t complete, its credits are given back automatically
- Owners choose which users can use it
- Nothing is saved until you check it and click Save

Trial and plans
How does the Pro Trial work?
The Pro Trial gives you 30 days of Pro access with up to 3 users, 100 submissions during the trial, the full Pro template library, usage alerts, and removed Straight2PDF branding during the trial. Upgrade to Pro and you get 30 free AI Assistant credits to try it out.
How do we upgrade to Pro?
Any time, from any device. An admin opens Billing, clicks Upgrade to Pro and pays by card. It takes a couple of minutes and you don’t need to contact us. Business plans and invoiced billing are set up by our team: contact us.
Do we pay per user?
No. Plans are priced per company, so adding a user doesn't change your plan price, up to your plan's user limit. The only per-user charge is the optional Timesheet & HR add-on.
Need onboarding help?
Business customers get priority onboarding support. Free, Pro Trial, and Pro customers can use email support, with Pro receiving priority email support.
Limits and warnings
What happens if we hit submission limits?
New submissions are paused once the monthly limit is reached. Free plans do not include monthly top-up packs. Pro customers can buy top-up packs of 100 extra submissions for £10 + VAT from the Billing page, for the current billing period; Business customers can contact us to arrange top-ups.
Can we get warnings before limits?
Yes. Usage alerts are included on all plans. By default, all customers are given an 85% warning rule (15% remaining window). Admins can modify or delete this rule and add additional thresholds, for example email at 95%.
How long is submission history kept?
Submissions are kept for as long as your account is open, unless you delete them. Your plan sets how far back you can view and search them: 7 days on Free, 6 months on Pro and 18 months on Business. The Pro Trial includes Pro trial access during the 30-day trial. See the Data Retention Schedule for more detail.
Your data and commitment
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes, there is no long-term commitment on standard paid plans.
Where is our data stored?
Your forms, submissions and files are hosted in the United Kingdom. Straight2PDF is run by WFA Support Ltd, a UK company registered with the ICO. See our sub-processors for the full list of services we use.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Admins can export submissions to Excel at any time, and download the PDFs, photos and signatures.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. Forms can be filled in offline. They save on the phone and upload automatically when the connection comes back.
