This Cookie Policy explains how Straight2PDF, operated by WFA Support Ltd, uses cookies and similar browser storage. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session-based identifiers. We use them to keep the service working securely and, where you agree, to understand how pages are used.

| Cookie preference | Stores whether you chose essential cookies only or accepted analytics. | s2p_cookie_preferences | Up to 180 days. | Yes |
| First-party analytics | Records page visit start, heartbeat and final duration events after analytics consent. | First-party visit token/session analytics sent to /analytics/visit.php. | No analytics tracking starts unless accepted. Preference is retained for up to 180 days. | No |
| Admin interface local storage | Remembers interface preferences such as theme and help drawer state for logged-in admin users. | theme, s2pAdminQaDrawerState | Until cleared by the browser/user, or overwritten by the application. | Usually essential/preference-based |
| Security, spam and rate-limit checks | Protects login, contact forms and service routes from misuse. | Server-side rate-limit/session/security data. | Limited operational period depending on the check. | Usually essential |
3. Analytics consent
First-party page visit analytics is optional. If you choose “Essential only”, analytics tracking will not start. If you choose “Accept analytics”, we record page path, page title, referrer, IP address, user agent, session key, logged-in user identifier where applicable, and visit duration/heartbeat events.
4. Managing your choice
You can change your analytics preference from the Policies page by selecting the Cookie settings card. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
5. Essential cookies
Some cookies and storage are necessary for security, login, fraud prevention and service operation. These cannot be switched off through the cookie banner because the service would not work properly without them.
