How is the Projects add-on charged?
It is a flat monthly price for your whole company, however many people use it. When you add it you are charged from that day, as part of a month on your next bill. It’s free during the 30-day Pro Trial, and moving to Pro doesn’t add it for you. If you remove it, or your trial ends, your projects are kept and stay read-only: you can still view them, download reports and delete them.
Can my team use Projects in the mobile app?
Yes. The projects someone is on are listed at the bottom of the Started tab. They tap one to see the work log and add work with photos. Changing work that has already been sent, and changing a task’s status, need a connection.
Who can see a project?
Your company decides who is on each project. Work descriptions and customer details are stored encrypted, and photos have their location data removed when they are saved.
Projects are kept for as long as your account is open, unless you delete them. A company admin can restore a deleted project for 30 days, then it is removed for good. The Data Retention Schedule has the full detail.
