Questions about API integration
Can the API send data into Straight2PDF or change submissions?
Not at the moment. The API is read-only: it collects submissions and their PDFs.
Can we have more than one login?
There is one login per company. If several systems need the data, collect it once and share it internally, or ask us.
Can we see what the API has been used for?
Yes. The Billing page lists the last 20 API calls: when, from which address, which endpoint, whether it worked and how many submissions were sent, including failed logins. Calls are kept for 90 days.
The API returns submissions from your plan’s submission history: 6 months on Pro, 18 months on Business (see pricing).
