This Acceptable Use Policy applies when you access or use Straight2PDF services operated by WFA Support Ltd. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Lawful and responsible use
You must use Straight2PDF only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, third parties, or WFA Support Ltd.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not use Straight2PDF to:
- Upload, store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory or discriminatory content.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, data protection or other legal rights.
- Upload malware, harmful code, spam, phishing content or content designed to bypass security controls.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data, APIs or infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, overload, disrupt or degrade the service, except as expressly authorised in writing.
- Use the service to create or distribute content that is intentionally misleading or harmful.
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorised people to use your account.
3. Customer content and permissions
You are responsible for the forms, files, signatures, photos, notes and other content uploaded or submitted through Straight2PDF. You must ensure you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to collect, upload and process that content.
4. Security responsibilities
- Keep passwords, devices and authentication details secure.
- Use appropriate access levels for staff and users.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account, device or submission has been compromised.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, billing controls or permission boundaries.
5. Fair usage and service protection
You must not use Straight2PDF in a way that places unreasonable load on the platform or interferes with normal operation. We may apply technical controls or contact you if usage appears abnormal, abusive or likely to affect other users.
6. Suspension or removal
We may suspend access, remove content, restrict functionality or terminate an account if we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, or if action is needed to protect users, data, systems or legal compliance.
