These Terms govern your use of Straight2PDF, operated by WFA Support Ltd (company number 11535469). By using our website or service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Agreement (where applicable).
1. Our Service
Straight2PDF provides tools to create digital forms, manage workflows, capture signatures and photos, and generate professional PDFs for field and office use.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
- You are fully responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
- You must check generated PDFs, form outputs and workflow results for accuracy before relying on or distributing them.
- You should export or download required customer content before cancellation, account closure or retention expiry.
3. Trials, Free Plans and Usage Limits
Trial, Free, Pro and Business plans may include user, submission, storage, feature and history limits. Trial availability, public registration and manual account approval may be paused, changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
If you do not upgrade after a self-service trial, your account may move to the Free plan automatically where that plan is available. Where a monthly submission allowance applies, submissions may be paused when the allowance is reached until the allowance resets, the plan is changed, or a top-up is agreed.
Top-up packs are arranged manually, are discretionary, may be subject to separate agreed pricing, and are not guaranteed to be available for every account.
4. Workflow, Review and Approval Features
Straight2PDF may allow forms to be assigned to users, pre-filled, reviewed, approved, returned for more information, or supported with attached documents. Customers are responsible for checking that assignments, reviewers, permissions, attached documents and submitted information are correct.
5. Form Conversion and Setup Services
Where we provide form conversion, template setup, onboarding or branded PDF setup services, the customer is responsible for supplying accurate source documents and approving the converted forms, templates and outputs before operational use.
6. Exports and Backups
Customers should export or download any records they need before cancellation, downgrade, retention expiry or deletion. Straight2PDF should not be treated as the only long-term archive unless this has been agreed in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your forms and generated documents. All rights in the Straight2PDF platform, branding and technology belong to WFA Support Ltd.
8. Billing and Termination
Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal (+VAT where applicable). You may cancel at any time, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, misuse, or security/legal risk.
9. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses. Although we use reasonable measures to protect uploaded data, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should ensure that any highly sensitive information uploaded to the service is appropriate for their use case and legal obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
