This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for Straight2PDF subscriptions operated by WFA Support Ltd. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription billing
Straight2PDF subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at registration or agreed with the customer. Paid plans are billed monthly per company, plus VAT where applicable. Payments are processed using PayPal unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing. Billing cycles normally start from the subscription start date unless agreed otherwise.
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT may be added where applicable.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You may request cancellation at any time by contacting us or using any cancellation controls provided in your account or PayPal subscription.
- Cancellation stops future billing from the next applicable billing period.
- You remain responsible for charges already incurred before cancellation takes effect.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has started, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise at our discretion. We will consider refund requests fairly, particularly where:
- you were charged in error;
- a duplicate payment was taken;
- you cancelled but were billed again due to a processing issue; or
- the service was materially unavailable due to an issue within our control.
4. Trials, promotions and plan changes
If a trial or promotional offer applies, the terms shown at signup or in the offer will apply. No payment is taken for a no-card trial unless a paid plan is agreed or set up. Plan upgrades, downgrades or usage changes may affect future billing from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Public signup or manual setup availability may be paused or handled separately.
Monthly top-up packs, where arranged for Pro or Business customers, are manual and may be subject to separate agreed pricing. Top-up packs, where agreed, are generally non-refundable once applied or used unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.
5. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may notify you, retry payment, restrict account functionality or suspend access until payment is resolved. We will aim to avoid unnecessary disruption where possible.
6. Data after cancellation
After cancellation, access to the service may be limited or removed. Please export or download any required data before cancellation takes effect. Data retention and deletion are handled in line with our Privacy Policy, DPA and Data Retention Schedule.
