Can we convert our existing inspection checklist into a digital form?

Does Straight2PDF capture location and timestamp data for inspections?
Yes. When the user allows location access, the mobile app records the GPS location and time as each answer is completed and again when the form is submitted, so completed inspections carry a time and place record. Phone GPS is an indication rather than proof of location, and you should tell your staff that the app records it.
Completed inspections are kept for as long as your account is open, unless you delete them. Your plan sets how far back you can view and search them (see pricing), and the Data Retention Schedule has the full detail.
