Straight2PDF is operated by WFA Support Ltd. We want our public website and service to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies.
1. Our accessibility aim
We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice and work towards alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA where reasonably practical for our public website and customer-facing interfaces.
2. What we are doing
- Using semantic HTML and clear page structures where possible.
- Providing descriptive page titles and metadata on public pages.
- Maintaining responsive layouts that work across screen sizes.
- Considering keyboard access, colour contrast and readable content when updating the site.
3. Known limitations
Some older admin interfaces, generated documents, uploaded customer content or third-party components may not fully meet accessibility standards. We review and improve these areas as part of ongoing maintenance and feature updates.
4. Mobile app and generated content
Straight2PDF includes web and mobile functionality, and customers may create their own forms or generated PDFs. Accessibility of customer-created content depends partly on the structure and content supplied by the customer.
5. Feedback and support
If you find an accessibility issue or need information in a different format, please contact support@straight2pdf.co.uk. Please include the page or feature affected, what you were trying to do, and details of any assistive technology you use where relevant.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable period and will provide information in an alternative format where reasonably practical.
6. Review
We will review this statement periodically and update it as accessibility improvements are made.
